Order Registration, Processing, and Delivery
- A business day is defined as Saturday to Thursday each week, excluding public holidays in Iran. All orders registered during business days are processed on the first day after holidays. Payvar Foundation allows customers to place orders 24/7.
- All orders registered on the Payvar Foundation website are queued for processing via the preliminary invoice sent by email. Payvar Foundation always strives to deliver all registered orders with the utmost precision and care. However, if a product runs out of stock even after a customer has placed an order, Payvar Foundation reserves the right to cancel the order or refund the payment. Alternatively, the customer can choose another product to replace the out-of-stock item.
- In case of any issues during the final processing of the shopping cart, such as out-of-stock items or customer withdrawal, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Payvar Foundation is authorized to stop new orders without prior notice and cease sales. All orders registered before the cessation of new orders will be processed and delivered. The right to discontinue sales of all or part of the products for any reason, such as stock depletion, without prior notice, is reserved for Payvar Foundation.
- In case of any error in listing the price or monetary value of the products available on the Payvar Foundation website, Payvar Foundation reserves the right to invalidate the order and purchase made by the customer. Payvar Foundation will promptly refund the received amounts within 24 to 48 business hours to the customer’s declared account, and the customer agrees not to have any claims in this regard by entering the Payvar Foundation website.
- Customers must complete the order form with correct and complete information. If the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, the order will not be traceable and deliverable. Therefore, entering the correct address, email, and contact numbers by the customer is considered confirmation of their accuracy. If the provided information is incorrect or incomplete, Payvar Foundation may request additional information to ensure the accuracy and finalization of the order. Customers can also provide another person’s name, address, and phone number to receive the order. If the order amount has been prepaid, the recipient must have an identification card when receiving the product.
- The customer account name must match the identification documents, and if there is no match, online stores are not authorized to provide services to this group of customers. Buyers must submit a copy of their national ID card and make purchases using their bank card that matches the identity of the orderer.
This measure is to prevent potential misuse, such as purchases with stolen cards. - Due to system-based order registration, it is not possible to issue or modify invoices after the fact, including changing an invoice from an individual to a corporate entity.
- Orders exceeding thirty million rials and orders delivered via freight services must be prepaid through card transfer or online payment.
- Payvar Foundation, being an online retail website, does not permit bulk orders for non-consumer purposes. Orders with a high quantity of items will be reviewed before processing, and payment must be completed before dispatch. In these cases, payment and settlement are mandatory before shipping the goods; otherwise, orders will be canceled in coordination with the customer. If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Deliveries to public places such as cafes, internet cafes, restaurants, and hotels are not permitted. A precise and verifiable delivery address is required.
- For credit purchases (using discount codes or vouchers), changes to the order basket, including item or quantity changes, are not allowed after finalizing the basket. Requests for changes will invalidate the discount code or voucher, and the amount cannot be refunded.
- Adding items to the cart does not reserve the product. Until final registration, any changes, including stock availability or price changes, will apply to the items in the cart. Customers are encouraged to finalize their orders promptly to avoid stock depletion or price changes. Orders are considered final when users receive their order code, and Payvar Foundation is not responsible for items left in the cart.
Transportation Damages
Payvar Foundation strives to deliver all orders safely and without damage. Considering the safe and standard packaging of all shipments, delivery to any reputable transport company selected by the user and the issuance of the shipment’s bill of lading (included in the shopping cart and notified via email) means that any incident during transportation and delivery is the responsibility of the transport company. Payvar Foundation will only compensate for damages if approved by the transporting company and in line with facilitating the follow-up process.
Payvar Foundation will facilitate claims, and damages reported within 24 business hours with the official company report and all related items and invoice will be addressed.
