Return Policy
At the Payvar Foundation Store, we strive to ensure that your purchased items arrive in excellent condition. However, if for any reason you decide to return a product after purchase, you can do so within 5 days of receiving the item.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, accompanied by the product packaging, invoice number, and coordinated with Payvar Foundation’s support team.
- If a discount code was used at the time of purchase, it cannot be reused legally, and in the event of a return, only the original amount paid for the product will be refunded.
- To initiate a return, customers must send a photo of the item along with the reason and necessary explanations to Payvar Foundation’s support team.
How to Send the Item:?
- Please contact Payvar Foundation’s support team before taking any action.
- Do not send the item without coordinating with Payvar Foundation.
- The item must be properly packaged in its original box, carton, paper, or envelope, and all accessories and accompanying items must be included.
- Placing labels, writing notes, addresses, or any other information on the body of the item, or causing breakage, scratches, tears, or damage, will void the return warranty. (If necessary, write your notes on the back of the purchase invoice or on a separate piece of paper.)
- If sent via Express Mail, please take a photo of the postal receipt and email it to [email protected].
- If you reside in a city other than Tehran, please use Express Mail with cash on delivery for returns. In cities where Express Mail is not accepted, send us the postal receipt.
- Send your package to the address provided on the contact page.
How Shipping Costs are Calculated?
- If a technical issue, technical or physical discrepancy, or visible damage is confirmed by Payvar Foundation’s support team, the shipping costs will be borne by Payvar Foundation.
- To reimburse the postal costs, please send a photo of the receipt to [email protected].
- In the case of buyer’s remorse or if the issue or discrepancy is not confirmed by Payvar Foundation’s support team, the shipping costs for both sending and receiving the item will be borne by the customer.
- Notice: For processing your request, mentioning the invoice number at each step is mandatory.
